Services & Booking
Individual Therapy|50 Minutes
We will typically meet weekly or biweekly, depending on what works for you. Sessions are 50 minutes, and we'll regularly check in on what's working and what you want to focus on.
Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with:
Anxiety around dating, relationships, and intimacy
Loneliness and difficulty connecting with others
Uncertainty about career, relationships, and life direction
Navigating breakups and relationship patterns
The pressure to 'have it together' while feeling lost
Single Session|50 Minutes
Single sessions are best for those who are curious about therapy, looking to identify their needs, or simply want a space to talk things through without committing long-term. In this one session, I will help you reflect, regroup, and walk away with a clearer sense of next steps.
Best for someone who wants to:
Test out therapy for the first time
Work through a specific issue or decision
Learn more about what to expect from starting therapy
Short-Term Therapy|50 Minutes
Short-term counseling is a “middle ground” between ongoing therapy and single-session therapy. This type of treatment is centered around a concrete plan and lasts up to 8 sessions.
Best for someone who wants to:
Work through a stressful life event
Build a robust set of practical coping skills
Continue therapy while on summer break or during a slower period of life, with a purposeful plan for the future
Career Counseling |50 Minutes
Whether you're feeling stuck in your current role, questioning your next step, or navigating the transition from college to full-time work, career counseling can help you clarify your goals and move forward with intention. With a background in both mental health counseling and career services, I bring a unique perspective to the career exploration process - balancing both your professional ambitions and your emotional well-being.
As a member of the Cooperative Education Faculty at Northeastern University, I work closely with students navigating internships, job searches, and early career decisions. This experience informs my approach to career counseling, blending practical support with thoughtful reflection to help you find clarity, confidence, and alignment in your next move.
Best for someone who wants to:
Explore career interests
Develop coping strategies for burnout
Improve job search strategy
Build confidence in interviewing
Clinical Supervision |45 Minutes
Pre-Licensed / Master’s Level Clinicians
$100 for 45 Minutes | Open to undergraduate and graduate students, and post-graduate clinicians
Email isabellegrenierlmhc@gmail.com to book
I offer clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists navigating the early stages of their career. Whether you're looking to strengthen your clinical skills, gain confidence in your work, or explore your next steps post-licensure, supervision can help you feel more grounded and intentional in your path. This space is also a place to process the unique stressors that can come with your first job post-grad - especially if you're feeling overwhelmed, disillusioned, or burned out. Together, we’ll focus on building your clinical foundation while also supporting your well-being as you grow into the work.
Support is also available for those preparing for the Massachusetts licensure exam, including strategies for studying and managing test anxiety.
Licensed Clinicians
$150 for 45 Minutes
I offer consultation for licensed therapists seeking ongoing support, reflection, and growth in their clinical work. This space is especially geared toward therapists working in college mental health settings, those holding full-time non-clinical roles who are curious about private practice, and clinicians looking to take the leap into building a practice of their own.
With a background in management, outpatient supervision, and a therapy style grounded in CBT and self-compassion, I bring both practical insight and a collaborative spirit to supervision. Whether you’re refining clinical skills, processing transference and countertransference, or navigating the emotional toll of the work, our sessions are shaped around your goals and current needs. We’ll work together to sharpen your clinical voice while also making space for the realities of burnout, boundary-setting, and career transitions
Insurance
Ripple Counseling is an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.
If you’d like to use these benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. It’s always a good idea to call your insurance provider in advance and ask about your out-of-network mental health coverage, including deductible, reimbursement rate, and any required paperwork.
Steps for Reimbursement
Call your insurance company to clarify your out-of-network benefits
Attend your appointment and pay the session fee ($150) at the end of the session
Receive a superbill after each session or monthly, which includes the service(s) provided, date(s) of service, and service fee(s)
Submit the superbill to your insurance company, based on their out-of-network process
Receive reimbursement based on your benefits
