Meet your therapist.

I’m Isabelle Grenier, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and stress-related challenges.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person’s needs: I combine cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness strategies, and strengths-based exploration to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and create sustainable change.
