I’m Isabelle Grenier, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and stress-related challenges.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person’s needs: I combine cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness strategies, and strengths-based exploration to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and create sustainable change.
Education and training
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a History minor from Drew University
Ongoing professional development and supervision in various modalities, such as acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy

Outside of the office, I value time with family and friends, and spending time outdoors. I am currently a member of the Cooperative Education Faculty at Northeastern University, and am pursuing an MBA from Northeastern University.
